1. Definitions

• “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity that engages our API Solutions services.

2. Service Usage

By using our API Solutions services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the service.
• Cooperate with our team during the development and implementation process.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the APIs, source code, documentation, and related assets developed by Cybernetikz remain the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing access to necessary systems and technical documentation.
• Ensuring your systems are compatible with the developed APIs.
• Not misusing, reselling, or modifying the APIs outside of the agreed scope.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the course of the project. Confidential data shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be defined in the service proposal or contract. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

7. Warranty & Limitations

Cybernetikz warrants that its services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not guarantee that APIs will be error-free or continuously available. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the APIs.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments will become due immediately, and any licensed usage of APIs may be revoked if specified in the agreement.

9. Changes to Terms

Cybernetikz reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
